Please register in advance and join us via Zoom for an information session to learn about housing advocacy for individuals with disabilities, including those who are transitioning from residential settings such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, homeless shelters etc.

- Accessibility considerations, self-advocacy skills, and knowing your rights
