WE WILL ANNOUNCE IF THIS EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
The focus of TRI’s annual Disability Awareness Fair is to raise public awareness of individuals with disabilities in our community and showcase a wide array of services and supports that are available to them. We invite you to encourage your staff/employees and their families to meet other participating agencies and/or businesses like yours that offer resources to promote independent living assistance to persons with all types of disabilities.
Disability is only part of who a person is,not the whole person.

During this time of uncertainty, it’s important for us to stay connected to our community, and continue to have a social interaction. The purpose of this group is to bring the disabled community together, stay informed, and make new connections.
This group is also to help connect people with disabilities to the pre-existing Mid-Hudson Valley Disabilities Meetup.
Even though this is a remote location, the physical location or area of focus is Dutchess County, NY. When the COVID19 pandemic ends, and it’s safe for us to “Meetup” in person, social gatherings will begin at Taconic Resources for Independence, Inc.
